1. Can I Enter the UK If My Student Visa Is About to Expire?

Yes, provided your Student Visa remains valid.

  • If your visa has 2–3 weeks remaining, border      officers may request:

Ø  Proof of purpose (e.g., graduation ceremony invitation)

Ø  Evidence of departure (e.g., confirmed return flight ticket)

 

2. Can I Apply for a Schengen or US Tourist Visa?

No, for both Schengen and US tourist visas, your UK residence permit must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended return date.
