1. Email Enquiries

  • Cost: £2.74 per enquiry

  • Coverage: Includes initial question      and related follow-ups on the same case

  • Response time: Variable, typically      within 5 working days (excluding UK bank holidays)

2. Telephone Enquiries

  • Service hours:

Ø  English: 24/5 (Monday–Friday)

Ø  Cantonese & Mandarin: 01:00–09:00 UK time (Monday–Friday)

Ø  Closed on bank holidays

  • Cost: Standard network rates      + 69p/minute (£0.69)
