Youth Travel Discount Card for Under 31s (IYTC)
If you have already graduated and are no longer a full-time student eligible for a standard student card, but you are working (including working in the UK) and are aged between 12 and 30 (inclusive), you can apply for the IYTC (International Youth Travel Card) shown above. This card provides travel discounts, offering the same benefits as the ISIC student card and granting access to student discounts.
So, who is eligible to apply for the International Youth Travel Card (IYTC)?
Answer: Anyone aged between 12 and 30 years old, inclusive. However, you must apply before your 31st birthday, meaning you should apply while you are still 29 years old.
What is the validity period?
Answer: 12 months.
How much does it cost?
Answer: The fee varies by country, generally ranging from $4 to $25. For example, the cost in the UK is £12.
How do you apply? What documents are required?
You will need a recent passport-style photograph, plus one of the following three documents:
Passport, or
Birth certificate, or
An official form of identification.

Upload one of the following: your passport, birth certificate, or official ID. Also upload an ID photo, which must be passport-style with a white background. The photo requirements are as follows (you can take it with your mobile phone against a plain white wall and then edit it accordingly).
